Many of the propositions are close enough to 50/50 that it just can't be called with 35% of the votes still to be reported. The only exceptions might be (1) prop 17, giving parolees the right to vote, currently with a 60% yes vote; (2) prop 20, increasing penalties for crimes, with a 63% no vote, (3) prop 21, giving cities the right to expand rent control, with a 59% no vote, and (4) prop 23, increasing regulations for dialysis clinics, with a 64% no vote.
