First Amendment Redux from Santa Rosa Mayor Chris Rogers. Well stated.

As a gentle reminder for people complaining that Twitter, Facebook, and other social media companies are infringing on Trump’s first amendment rights by suspending his account:

The first amendment guarantees your free speech (with some limitations) without persecution from the Government. Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram are not the Government. They are private businesses.

And while there do exist some “protected classes” of individuals, fascist Presidents are not among them. If you don’t agree with how these businesses are being run, don’t use them.
